Job Description
Axiom, the premier global provider of on-demand legal talent, is seeking a Legal Consultant with Structured Finance & Derivaitves / Structured Products experience to provide long term support to our client - a leading global digital assets firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with senior business stakeholders to design and structure institutional products and transactions (including structured products, derivatives and repack/securitisation‑style structures), from concept through to execution and launch.
- Draft, review and negotiate core documentation for new products and deals, including transaction agreements, terms & conditions, derivatives and trading documentation, and related commercial contracts.
