About the Position

Every appraiser starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for their first 90 days. That period lets both sides confirm the fit: volume, quality, reliability and alignment with how we work.

After 90 days, our goal is to move strong performers onto our salaried W-2 staff team, especially in high-volume markets. Staff appraisers receive performance-based bonuses and health benefits. The appraisers who earn these roles are the ones who show consistent qual
