Position Title: Assistant Production Manager
Schedule: Field/Office-Based | Full-Time (40+ Hours Weekly)
Pay Range: $70,000-$85,000 DOE

We’re seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Manager to support the daily operations of our Production team. This person will lead field employees, oversee quality control and repair work, assist with customer concerns, and provide operational support to the Production Manager.
This is not a desk-only position. The right candidate will be comfortable leading employees, visiting jobsites, solving problems in the field, and stepping into different production workflows as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in roofing, construction, production, field operations, or a related industry
- Previous experience leading or supervising field employees
