About the Role
You will own and improve the core products, systems, and experiences that drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention. Some of that work will involve improving our existing funnel and website experience. Much of it will involve building entirely new growth products and infrastructure from scratch.
You will work across Growth, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Marketing to identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the customer journey and turn them into shipped products that materially improve business performance.
This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, analytics, and strategy. You might redesign a critical onboarding flow, launch a self-serve enrollment experience, rethink how we qualify and route customers, build internal growth tooling, or drive entirely new strategic bets that r
