The role:
We are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join the Delivery team in our St Helens Depot where the team cover the construction, posting, cleaning, and maintenance of advertising units across the North West.
As the depot administrator you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery and construction functions to ensure that all branch administrative activities are conducted in the most efficient manner, within the timescales set and to the quality standards required.
Your day-to-day role will involve lots of liaising with customers, co-ordinating and reporting on maintenance activity, data entry and raising invoices. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be dealing with any enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary.
