BAYADA Habilitation is currently seeking DSP / Direct Support Professionals to join the team in Erie County, PA. BAYADA’s DSP / Direct Support Professionals work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We provide an opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of others and offer flexibility in our roles to match your needs.  We are part-time and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Erie, PA. We have paid training and only a 1-day orientation.

The majority of our hours are weekday, dayshifts. Urgently hiring!
