Director, Immersive Talent

We are looking for a passionate Director, Immersive Talent, to join our team and make a difference. As a Director, Immersive Talent, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting and executing BBYO’s immersive talent strategy, building lasting relationships with speakers and educators, and leading a talent operation that brings meaningful voices to teens across BBYO. This remote role is part of the International Convention (IC) team and supervises Associate, Talent Services. Alongside your teammates, you’ll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world.
SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF
As a Director, Immersive Talent, you will:
- Execute talent strategy, including the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of speakers for IC, regional, summer, and other immersive experiences.
- Support the deployment of educators and song leaders to immersive experiences.
- Lead end-to-end talent and content support for regional conventions, partnering with regional teams to identify programming priorities, secure appropriate talent, and coach both regional staff and talent to develop and deliver engaging, high-quality experiences.
