Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000
Status: Full-time, year-round

We are looking for a passionate IT & People Operations Manager to join our team and make a difference. As an IT & People Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our staff connected and secure, managing the technology and vendors our teams rely on every day, and running our DC Hub so the people behind BBYO’s programs can focus on creating meaningful experiences for Jewish teens. Alongside your teammates, you’ll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world.

BBYO runs on a small internal IT team and an outside managed service provider. This role is the person in the middle: the one who decides what gets handled internally, what goes to the vendor, and whether the vendor actually did it. Day to day, that means owning staff access across our systems, keeping the device fleet and license inventory current, running onboarding and offboarding for a distributed staff, and being the internal point of contact when something breaks. It also means running the DC Hub office, because we’re a small shop and the person who knows the building is the person who knows the badge system.
