ABOUT THE ROLE

BBYO is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator (part-time) to support the Marketing & Communications team in the months leading up to (and potentially during) BBYO International Convention (IC) 2027, as well as with general marketing support through the spring.

The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an exceptional eye for detail, and brings strong organizational and project-management skills. They can juggle many moving pieces at once and understand how a single update may ripple across multiple projects, people, and communications channels. Candidates should be comfortable learning new technology systems, such as Airtable and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A background in marketing, communications, media relations, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
