Senior Program Manager – Strategic Planning & Analytics

Overview

Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is searching for a Senior Program Manager – Strategic Planning & Analytics. The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic, analytical, and program leadership to support-wide strategic planning, program evaluation, performance measurement, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, and executive decision-making.

This highly visible role requires an experienced professional who can independently take an ambiguous leadership or organizational question, determine which existing evidence is relevant, establish an analytical approach, synthesize and validate information from multiple sources, identify gaps and limitations, and translate findings into clear, defensible products for senior leadership. The position will work across existing administrative, scientific, financial, workforce, operational, programmatic, and evaluation information to identify progress, outcomes, accomplishments, risks, gaps, opportunities, and implications for organizational decision-making.

The immediate and primary assignment is to lead day-to-day development of a comprehensive 10-year summary report covering the 2017-2027 Strategic Plan.
