Position Summary 

The Foreman is a hands-on leader responsible for supervising and actively participating in the daily operations of utility construction projects. This role combines physical labor with leadership duties, ensuring the efficient and safe installation and maintenance of utility systems. The Foreman oversees construction operations and ensures compliance with safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.
