The Manufacturing Engineer - FAL translates engineering design intent into clear, executable work instructions that enable the production team to build safely and efficiently. This role bridges the gap between engineering drawings and the shop floor — interpreting 3D models and 2D drawings, authoring SOPs and process documentation, and serving as a technical resource for production technicians during aircraft assembly. The position is a mix of desk-based documentation work and hands-on floor support, reporting to the Lead Manufacturing Engineer for the Final Assembly Line and partnering closely with the Quality team.
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models to develop detailed, shop-floor-ready work instructions for final assembly operations
- Author and maintain SOPs, process documents, and other controlled documentation to support repeatable, high-quality builds
