Sponsorships Coordinator - Southern Europe

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sponsorships Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of sponsorship, talent and brand activation initiatives across our Southern European markets, including Italy, Spain, Belgium and Greece.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sports, entertainment, marketing and partnerships who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the day-to-day execution of sponsorship agreements across Italy, Spain, Belgium and Greece.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, leagues, federations, rights holders and commercial partners.

· Support the planning and delivery of sponsorship activation plans, ensuring contractual rights are fully utilised.

· Coordinate Ambassador, talent and influencer activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives.

· Support the planning and execution of brand activations linked to sponsorships, key sporting events and strategic marketing initiatives.

· Coordinate events, hospitality programmes and experiential marketing activities, from planning through to delivery.
