The Market Lead – Federal will have an emphasis on the Department of Energy (DOE) and other related federal agencies and departments. The position is responsible for overseeing and growing the firm’s service offering within the Federal market. This includes driving a go-to-market strategy, developing the team, and working closely with the DOE National Labs Key Client Leader and other client leaders within the federal market to manage client relationships. Reporting directly to the Development Division’s Land Development Regional Lead, this role is critical to executing the firm’s strategic objectives, such as expanding market share, strengthening priority client accounts, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery for BKF’s federal clients.
