Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

As an integral member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. Requirements
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably handling matters involving general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes.
- Current admission to the California State Bar is required.
- Experienced in preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and legal briefs, taking and defending depositions, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and appearing in court. Arbitration a
