Associate Attorney - Toxic Tort and Product Liability

As an integral member of our litigation team, you will gain immediate hands-on experience handling complex toxic tort and product liability litigation matters. You may also handle various matters involving general liability, wrongful death, premises liability, personal injury, and breach of contract/business disputes. From inception to resolution, you will have the opportunity to handle every aspect of your cases including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, arguing motions in court, attending mediations, and trial. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
