Your Mission

The SDR Manager will lead and scale Broccoli AI's outbound engine, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Development. You will own a team of 8 to 10 SDRs and be accountable for the pipeline they generate: meetings booked, meetings held, and opportunities that convert into real revenue.

This is a hands-on, in-the-trenches leadership role. You'll be on the floor coaching live calls, running roleplays, rewriting sequences that aren't converting, and holding the team to
