Accounting Manager

Job Summary

As part of the CallMiner Finance organization, the Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the assigned region, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all accounting and financial reporting activities. This role manages the day-to-day accounting function while serving as a trusted business partner to regional leadership, supporting operational decision-making through financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

The Accounting Manager oversees client billing, accounts payable, payroll review, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, and cash management while coordinating closely with external accounting providers to ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. In addition, this role partners closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Corporate Finance to support financial performance, improve business processes, and maintain strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with sound business judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced international SaaS environment.

This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic with the ability to work a hybrid schedule.
