ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, visionary leader to fill the Director of Software role within FOS. This position will be responsible for the management of resources that support our rapidly growing FOS Core and Simplebid products, driving the feature development and integration of new technologies and best practices into the architecture of our mobile software and web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the alignment of our software engineering practices with business objectives and industry standards, while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with leadership across all levels of the company, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our internal and external customers.
