Data Operations Specialist
The Registration team is responsible for the accurate set-up and maintenance of deal/programme static data within Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platforms. The role ensures that programme parameters align with business requirements and that technical structuring is efficiently translated into system configurations.
The team also provides technical expertise on platform capabilities, supports continuous improvement of processes, and contributes to the evolution of system set-up requirements.
Registration & Data Management
Prioritise workload and delegate tasks across the team where appropriate
Perform set-up of programmes within SCF platforms in line with implementation instructions
Validate prerequisites prior to registration and ensure consistency of programme parameters
Input, control, release, and maintain static and transactional data across internal and external SCF platforms
Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for all activities
Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to minimise errors
Extract static data from SCF platforms as required
