Financial Crime Business Analyst
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional to support Financial Crime change initiatives, business improvement projects, and management reporting activities. You'll be responsible for enhancing MI reporting, analysing business processes, delivering data-driven insights, and supporting cross-regional projects across EMEA. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management, business analysis, SQL, and advanced Excel skills who enjoys driving operational improvements and working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities
Support bank-wide projects and Financial Crime Middle Office (FCMO) change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and procedural updates.
Develop, automate, maintain and enhance Management Information (MI) reporting to improve data quality, efficiency, and insight for local management teams, governance committees, and senior leadership.
