The Team You'll Work With
The KYC (Know Your Customer) team is building the compliance infrastructure that powers every transaction in private markets, from Limited Partner (LP) onboarding to tender offers to transaction-level screening for Private Equity (PE). Across Carta's fund administration, Carta Law, and LP KYC-as-a-service offerings, the team screens over 1.5 million entities per year, making it one of the highest-volume compliance operations in the space.
