Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance operations for Central Moloney's Transformer manufacturing facility, ensuring manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This position leads a team of approximately 10–15 union skilled-trades employees, including electricians and mechanics, and is accountable for preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, shutdown planning, and maintenance execution.
This role works closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing Services, Safety, and other plant leadership to minimize unplanned downtime, improve equipment performance, and support production requirements.
