Position Overview

We’re hiring General Production Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and want to grow within a team that values accountability and respect. Candidates hired into this role will be considered for a range of positions based on skills, interests, and production needs — including Assembly Technicians (or as we call it in the industry - Leafers or Core Coil Assembly Techs), Machine Operators (Coil Winding), Coil Repair, Welding, Insulation Cutting, Power Low Voltage, and Semi-Skilled roles.

You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors, learn new skills, and contribute directly to building products that keep the lights on across the country.
