In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic design, administration, compliance, and vendor management of all health, welfare, and retirement programs. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in U.S. Corporate Benefits infrastructure, data-driven plan analysis, and vendor negotiations, alongside full professional fluency in both English and Korean to seamlessly engage with local leadership, global headquarters, and a diverse workforce
