A key component of this delivery model is PRISM, CFGI’s system used by client teams throughout multi-year managed services engagements.   We are seeking an Automation Leader to lead the engineering team responsible for turning each client’s month-end close into a repeatable, controlled, and increasingly automated pipeline. This leader will work closely with client accounting teams and CFGI delivery teams to understand how each close actually operates, translate those requirements into reliable automation, and progressively convert client-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities. A critical measure of success for this role is maintaining a disciplined architecture in which each new client implementation becomes more scalable and efficient than the last.   What you might expect: Lead the engineers building per-client month-end close automations, including scoping, sequencing,
