Deployment Strategist - Crypto Investigations
The Customer Outcomes Team (COT) is made up of cryptocurrency investigators, blockchain data experts, and enablement specialists who help transform Chainalysis data into real-world impact.
Chainalysis is seeking a customer-focused, technically strong Deployment Strategists to lead the end-to-end delivery, adoption, and ongoing success of our Data Solutions product. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, domain expertise, and customer partnership.
This individual will work directly with customers to understand their mission, design and deliver tailored solutions using Chainalysis data and products, and act as a trusted technical and domain advisor. Success in this role requires deep technical capability, an understanding of blockchain and crypto investigations, and an exceptional ability to develop strong customer relations.
In this role, you’ll:
Own end-to-end delivery of Chainalysis Services engagements, from discovery through implementation, education, and ongoing monitoring.
Partner directly with Financial Institution (FI) customers to understand their AML/CFT compliance and market expansion objectives and translate into data-driven monitoring solutions.
