Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Lending

About the Role

We are hiring for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Chime’s Lending product ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own how we bring to market and position Chime’s growing personal loan product to deliver clear, compelling value for our members. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Lending.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Risk, Legal, and Growth to shape product narrative, influence roadmap decisions, and drive responsible adoption. This role sits at the intersection of growth and financial responsibility, requiring strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance business impact with member trust and regulatory considerations.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $150,000.00 and up to $208,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.<
