Manager of Utility & Energy

Job Overview The Manager of Utility & Energy owns CleanSpark's utility relationships and energy pathway. This role builds and manages relationships with investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, and municipal utilities; leads large-load service applications and interconnection processes; negotiates energy service agreements; and performs tariff and rate analysis in support of both existing operations and new site development. The Manager serves both the inbound and outbound sides of the Land & Power team, informing site selection with utility capacity and queue insight and supporting power-related diligence across the portfolio. Success in this role requires deep utility fluency, negotiation skill, and disciplined cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
