Business Analyst, Appraisal Operations

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing strong analytical, process optimization, and project management support to Clear Capital’s CX Operations Group. Bring a pioneer spirit, a desire to be part of something that changes the valuation industry, and a drive to turn complex operational challenges into scalable solutions. An intermediate individual contributor role, the Analyst provides in-depth analytical and strategic program support to several key initiatives simultaneously. This role goes beyond tactical support to drive strategic process improvement and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Primary objectives include empowering the CX Organization with actionable insights through data analytics, ensuring project alignment with broader operational goals, and delivering transparent reporting to key stakeholders. This position reports to the Senior Director, Appraisal Innovation Operations but works closely with the entirety of the CX Operational teams as well as finance, sales and product. On occasion, this role will be asked to provide support and leadership to projects within the ASG and additional Clear Capital divisions as needed.
