Senior/Staff Product Designer
About the Role
This is a Senior or Staff Product Designer role on a small, focused design team building an AI-powered procurement platform for industrial companies. You will define how agentic AI capabilities surface for non-technical users, shaping patterns that make automation feel trustworthy and genuinely useful. Good design here directly determines whether powerful AI features get adopted and deliver real business value for customers.
What You'll Do
Define how agentic AI capabilities present in the product, from communicating background agent activity to surfacing what the agent discovered.
Design interaction patterns where AI and human judgment work together, not in competition.
Produce short-horizon vision work (3 to 6 months) as prototypes and tangible artifacts to align and guide the team.
Raise product craft and coherence as engineering velocity and feature output scale.
Work directly in code for last-mile polish, checking out PRs and refining interactions before they ship.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and procurement domain experts to translate complex workflows into clear, usable experiences.
