Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Role
This is a foundational talent acquisition role at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, working directly with the recruiting lead and C-level team to build the recruiting function from scratch. You will own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and onboarding, as well as the HR infrastructure that supports a rapidly scaling team.
What You'll Do
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and detailed candidate profiles.
Source and screen high-potential candidates through active outreach, channel activation, and pipeline management.
Conduct screening calls that produce meaningful, measurable insights into candidate fit.
Coordinate every step of the hiring process from first contact through offer negotiation and contract closure.
Design and maintain lean, scalable recruiting and HR processes without unnecessary overhead.
Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
Support onboarding and offboarding workflows as the team grows.
