About the Role
This is a first-of-its-kind operations role at a pre-seed AI recruiting startup, sitting at the intersection of human judgment and autonomous agent technology. You will be the person who makes AI-driven recruiting actually work at scale, supervising intelligent agents that source, message, and qualify candidates end to end. The role carries real influence: you will help define what AI-native talent operations looks like as the company grows.
What You'll Do
Monitor live AI agent pipelines, flag errors, and intervene when human judgment is needed.
Handle high-stakes candidate conversations, including senior roles, tricky objections, and compensation negotiations.
Review agent outputs, label good and bad responses, and write examples that improve AI performance over time.
Audit candidate matches, outreach quality, and conversion rates across thousands of weekly touchpoints.
Guide candidates through final stages, manage offers, and ensure successful placements.
Document what works, create standard operating procedures, and help define how humans and agents collaborate.
