Sales Recruiter
Compass International Holdings is looking for a Sales Recruiter who will drive the company’s talent acquisition strategy for our growing Sales (Strategic Growth) team. As our Sales Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies for various positions. In addition, you will assist in developing and promoting the company culture internally and externally.
Please note: this is a fully onsite role.
In This Role You Will:
- Drive the recruiting process from beginning to end: sourcing efforts, guidance through the interview process, offer extensions, negotiations and candidate close
