Compass International Holdings is seeking a creative, passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Senior Associate to support our Enterprise Communications team. This role is responsible for translating company strategy, priorities, and change into clear, consistent, and compelling communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees across the enterprise. This is an influential role at the intersection of culture, people, and communications, ensuring employees across our storied brands and businesses are informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s strategy and values.
In this Role You Will:
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives
- Support major company announcements, product launches, integration milestones, with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials including talking points, emails, newsletters, press release
