Customer Success Consultant

ContactPigeon, one of Europe’s leading omnichannel marketing automation platforms, is looking for positive, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Success Consultants.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

• Act as the main point of contact for our clients, helping them make the most out of the ContactPigeon platform
• Coordinate implementations and ensure all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Bridge communication between customers and internal technical/support teams

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Excellent command of Greek & English (written and verbal)
• A friendly and proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
