The role:

As the Growth Manager, you will sit at the intersection of our elite GTM Engineering team and our high-accountability sales culture. You will be responsible for taking our sophisticated AI suite of products to market. You will have the freedom to experiment but the responsibility to measure, iterate, and scale what works.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the Coram growth engine across conventional channels (Email, Webinars, Physical Events) and digital experiments

• Work side-by-side with our engineering team to automate lead gen workflows and build custom GTM tools that give us a 10x edge over legacy incumbent
