Associate Director - M&A Integration - Private Equity

By joining our rapidly growing Private Equity practice, you will serve as a trusted partner to private equity sponsors, portfolio company executives, and CFOs executing acquisition and buy-and-build strategies.  You will bring first-hand Finance leadership experience, unique perspectives, and functional expertise to deliver tailored solutions that accelerate value creation and support successful post-close integration outcomes.  As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, team leadership, and developing junior team members. You will also participate in account management and business development activities.
