About the Role
Hi, I'm Roxy, and I lead GTM Recruiting here at Customer.io! I'm looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join my team! This is a full life-cycle role, with a heavy lean towards sourcing. Sourcing will be a huge majority of the job: building candidate lists, running targeted outreach, and personally engaging the passive Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations talent who aren't checking job boards. We're not looking for someone to run high volume across a wide net. We're looking for someone who can go deep on a small, well-defined set of roles and build the kind of relationships that convert hard-to-reach GTM talent.
