As an Allround HR Intern, you won’t be making coffee (unless it’s for yourself). You’ll be right in the middle of everything that makes our people & recruitment operations run smoothly. From drafting contracts to helping us gear up for our Rituals Peak (Black Friday madness and Christmas rush!). 

Your key missions: 

• Support HR with onboarding, imports, contracts, personnel changes, exit processes, and data management;

• Be part of our biggest seasonal hiring waves around the holidays;

• Assist with internal HR communication, templates, and process updates;

• Work with colleagues from different departments to improve the way we support our people.
