Director, Enterprise Customer Success

As a Director, Enterprise Customer Success, you will hire and develop multiple teams, coaching first line managers and individual contributors to success. This role ultimately impacts the customer experience and retention of our largest and most strategic customers at scale. What You’ll Do:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to your team of first line managers
• Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, coaching them to success
• Enable your team to navigate a wide range of projects, working as a point of escalation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder departments to actualize on sales strategies, develop training curriculum, and meet hiring goals
• Oversee and build the Enterprise Customer Success department, ensuring we meet both the strategic and operational needs of our customers as we scale
