The Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner is a highly experienced member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional, leadership, and specialized positions across the organization. This role serves as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and executives, driving effective recruitment strategies by leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, talent acquisition technologies, and consultative recruiting practices to identify and attract top talent.
