The Role
Designer Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our project delivery team supporting a major data centre project in Germany.
This is a site-based position suited to an experienced Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Site Manager or mechanical trades professional who has progressed into supervision within M&E construction, data centres, mission-critical, industrial, pharmaceutical or large-scale commercial projects.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of mechanical installation activities, coordinating directly employed teams and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of mechanical installation works on site.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, engineering and project teams to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate mechanical trades, direct labour and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress against the construction programme and escalate potential delays or constraints.
