Customer Experience Manager

Your responsibilities

Your own customers from day one, and the chance to learn how to make AI software work inside real companies.

Our customers are mid-market distributors, many of them using AI software for the first time. Getting them live and making Plato part of their daily work turns a pilot into a long-term partnership. That's your job.

In this role you will:

• Own a portfolio of customers, from onboarding to long-term partnership.
• Lead onboardings and trainings with sales teams at our customers.
• Track customer health, act early, and spot expansion potential for Sales.
• Work with Sales, Solution Engineering and Product, and bring customer feedback straight back into product.

Your qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in customer success, account management or consulting.
• You enjoy working with customers and can explain things so they click.
• You're structured, reliable and curious about AI and technology.
• Native German, fluent English, based in Berlin.
