Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to build and sustain trusted relationships across the FSLTTIP (Federal, State, Local, Tribal, Territorial, International, and Private Sector) community, drive adoption of HSIN products and services, and manage the stakeholder lifecycle. This role converts stakeholders into HSIN advocates through outreach, training, and consistent communication, and ensures stakeholder needs are captured, understood, and translated into program improvements. Two (2) FTEs are required.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively to keep HSIN stakeholders informed; build relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
• Help stakeholders adapt to the Drupal-based HSIN platform, explaining how files are stored and shared and what the platform currently can and cannot do, and relay feedback on capability gaps to the HSIN development team.
