What We Need:

We operate in a fast moving and internationally regulated industry. We are actively searching for a qualified Legal Counsel to build and lead the legal function across the group. The role is based in Singapore / Kuala Lumpur and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The individual will also collaborate with other Heads of Department and will be expected to engage with key stakeholders such as the business team. 

This is a hands-on role for a dynamic individual comfortable working across corporate, regulatory, commercial, and intellectual property matters in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structure. The ideal candidate will not only ensure legal conformity but also work proactively to minimize the exposure of any legal risk while
