As a Member Accounts Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing administrative support as needed. This multifaceted role requires a versatile and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide account information to members.
- Assist members with billing questions and resolution.
- Resolve member complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes, policies, and procedures.
Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and update New Membership information, auto-pay enrollment, adjustments, and billing transactions in the company dat
