Role Overview

ECP is hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead our product experience and be a true thought partner to product and engineering leadership. Reporting to our VP of Product, you'll shape the experience across our full suite (clinical, CRM and billing), modernizing what customers use today and defining what we build next. Our goal is the best-looking, easiest-to-use software in senior living, with AI that takes work off the plates of community staff and operators. 

This is a hands-on IC role. You'll start as our sole designer, with the opportunity to grow into leading design as the team expands. We want someone who will obsess over
