Community Manager

Educative has spent years helping developers build the skills that matter most — through hands-on, practical learning that actually sticks. Now we're building something entirely new. Fenzo is a first-of-its-kind brand, designed to change the way people think about learning in the age of AI. We're looking for the right people to help define what it becomes — and how it shows up in the world. Educative is looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to build and grow our presence across the communities Fenzo serves — students, educators, professionals, and self-learners alike. This is an early-career role ideal for someone who lives and breathes online spaces, is comfortable writing content that resonates, and is excited to wear a lot of hats across community, content, and outreach. As part of Educative's marketing team, you'll be the person who finds where Fenzo's current and future users already gather, shows up there authentically, creates content that speaks to them, and builds real relationships on Fenzo's behalf. This role isn't narrowly scoped — you should be just as comfortable writing a LinkedIn post as you are moderating a Discord server or reaching out to a potential partner or advocate.
