We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Paris to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, operations, and data, you will play a key role in structuring our performance analysis, automating our processes, and guiding strategic business decisions. As the owner of marketing data, you will bridge the gap between our different teams (Brand & Comms, Demand Generation, Sales, RevOps, and SalesOps) to turn data into actionable insights.

Your daily workout

• Global Performance Analysis: Deep-dive into the impact and ROI of all marketing channels (events, content, Brand & Comms campaigns, CRM, Paid) and bring visibility to areas that were previously unmeasured.

• Strategic Advisory & Support: Help non-analytical teams interpret their figures, set lead targets/forecasting, and conduct retro-analyses to guide the board and management in decision-making.

• Automation & Structuring: Move away from manual reporting by centralizing databases, structuring data in snowflake and creating clear, automated dashboards.
